Trade and bulk orders
Looking for a bulk or wholesale order quote? We want your business, so tell us what it will take to win it. Our team will work hard to put together the most competitive quote we can.
All our products meet strict quality control standards, and a trade order ships on the same tracked courier service as everything else we sell.
What we offer
- Trade pricing on bulk quantities of any product in the range
- Quantities sized to a squad or a season rather than to a single household
- Supply for clubs, schools, leagues, coaches, activity centres and online resellers across Australia
- Mixed pallets across the range, so a club can order bats, tees, nets and cones on one quote
- A quote built around the quantities and lead times your business actually needs

Maximise savings with wholesale sports goods
For sports teams, schools and fitness enthusiasts, buying wholesale sports goods is a straightforward way to save money and still have the right equipment on hand. Whether you need wholesale sports equipment for a large organisation or sports items wholesale for one club, this store carries a chosen range at prices that hold up when you multiply them by a squad.
Why buy wholesale sports goods?
- Cost savings. Buying in bulk brings the per unit cost down, so the same budget covers more of the season.
- Consistency. Everyone trains on the same equipment, which matters when a coach is running a squad through the same drill.
- Availability. The gear is in the shed before the season starts instead of on order halfway through it.
Top categories of wholesale sports equipment
Every range on this site can go on a trade quote, and they can go on the same one:

Darts
Bristle and magnetic dart boards, with everything you need to start throwing on the day it arrives. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
Golf & Disc Golf
Disc golf sets, portable chain baskets and frisbee golf gear for the park, the backyard and the course. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
Skating
Trick skateboards, adjustable rollerblades and safety gear sized for kids and adults. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
Sports Rackets
Rackets chosen for grip, weight and control rather than for a brand name. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
Table Tennis
Full table sets, retractable nets and rackets for the garage, the rumpus room and the back deck. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
Accessories
Knee braces, sweat headbands and training cones: the small things that go in the bag every week. Free delivery Australia wide on orders over $100.
We do not stock apparel, footwear, gloves or game balls, so we cannot quote for those at any quantity. It is better to say so here than after you have sent an enquiry.
Benefits of sports items wholesale
- Budget friendly. Wholesale pricing stretches a club or school budget further, which usually means one more set of gear rather than one less.
- Quality assurance. The same products, the same specification and the same checks as the single units we sell every day.
- Convenience. One supplier, one quote and one delivery instead of four purchase orders.
How to choose the best wholesale sports equipment
- Work out what you actually need. Count the players, not the products. The quantity is what the quote is built on.
- Read the specification. Every product page states the size, the material and what is in the box, in writing, before you buy.
- Compare the price against the quantity. A per unit price only means something next to the number of units you are buying.
- Check who you are buying from. A trading name, a registered company and a real address should be easy to find. Ours are at the bottom of every page on this site.
Why choose our wholesale sports goods?
- A chosen range. Seven ranges of practice and training equipment, picked rather than listed, and all of it available in quantity.
- Priced for the quantity. Trade pricing is worked out against what you are ordering, not read off a fixed table.
- People who answer. Send the enquiry and you get a reply within one working day, from someone who can price it.
- Straight answers. If we cannot supply something, or cannot hit your date, we say so at quote stage rather than after you have ordered.
Applications of wholesale sports items
- Schools and universities. Equipment for a sports programme that gets used by a different class every period.
- Sports teams and clubs. Enough of the same gear that a squad can train together without sharing one set.
- Activity and community centres. Equipment for holiday programmes, after school clubs and open sessions.
- Coaches and resellers. Stock to run sessions with, or to sell on, at a price that leaves room in it.
In short
Buying wholesale sports goods is a cost effective way to equip a team, a school or a centre properly. Tell us what you need and roughly how many, and we will come back with trade pricing and a lead time. There is nothing to pay and nothing committed until you accept the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Who can buy at wholesale prices?
Clubs, schools, leagues, coaches, activity centres and online resellers anywhere in Australia. If you are buying for a group rather than for a household, the trade quote is the right route.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not publish one. Tell us the products and the quantities you have in mind and the quote comes back with the price for that quantity.
How do I get a wholesale quote?
Fill in the form on this page, or email our trade team. Both reach the same people.
What should I put in the enquiry?
The products you want, roughly how many of each, the state you want them delivered to, and the date you need them by. That is enough for us to price it.
How quickly will I hear back?
We answer within one working day.
Can I mix products on one order?
Yes. A club can put bats, tees, nets and cones on one quote, and mixed pallets across the range are normal here.
Which ranges can I order in bulk?
All seven: baseball and softball, darts, golf and disc golf, skating, sports rackets, table tennis, and accessories. Anything on the site can go on a quote.
Do you supply apparel, footwear or game balls in bulk?
No. We do not stock apparel, footwear, gloves or game balls at any quantity, so we cannot quote for them.
Are wholesale prices the same as the prices on the site?
No. The price on a product page is the retail price for one. Trade pricing is worked out against the quantity you ask for and comes back on the quote.
What currency are your prices in?
Australian dollars. Prices shown on the site include GST, and your quote sets out the GST position on the total.
Do you deliver bulk orders across Australia?
Yes. New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT and the Northern Territory, with a tracked courier.
What does delivery cost on a wholesale order?
Freight depends on the weight and the destination, so it is worked out with the order and stated on the quote rather than guessed at here.
What does delivery cost on a normal order?
Free on orders of $100 or more. Below that there is one flat charge of $27.50, and there is no separate express service.
How long does a wholesale order take?
A normal order is picked and packed in 24 to 48 hours and arrives 5 to 7 days later. A bulk order depends on the quantity, so the quote gives you the lead time.
I need everything by the start of the season. Can you work to a date?
Put the date in your enquiry. The quote comes back with a lead time, so you can see straight away whether it works.
How do I pay for a wholesale order?
The shop takes card payments through Stripe and PayPal. Those are the two methods we run, so ask the trade team when you request your quote and we will tell you how to settle a larger one.
Can I just order a large quantity through the normal checkout?
You can buy any quantity at the listed price. The trade price only comes through a quote, so it is worth asking first.
Do you supply schools?
Yes. Tell us what you need and roughly how many and we will quote.
Do you supply sports clubs and leagues?
Yes. Squad and season quantities are the usual size of order here.
Do you supply other online retailers?
Yes. We supply resellers across Australia and quote on the quantities you actually turn over.
Can I see a product before I commit to a large order?
Buy one at the retail price first. It ships like any other order, so you can look at the real thing before you order fifty.
What happens if a bulk order arrives damaged?
Email us with the order number and a photograph. We cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund you.
Can I send part of a wholesale order back?
Yes. Under the Australian Consumer Law you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you are cancelling and another 14 to return the goods. No product here is cut or built to a measurement, so that right covers everything we sell.
Do you brand or customise products?
No. Products ship exactly as the maker supplies them. We do not print, engrave or badge anything.
Can you hold stock for a repeat order?
Tell the trade team the pattern you expect, how much and how often, and we will tell you what we can hold for you.
Where are you based?
Our administration address is Suite 307, Norwest Central, 12 Century Circuit, Norwest NSW 2153.
Who am I buying from?
Sports Warehouse Australia, a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd, ABN 30 656 628 938.
Is there a trade counter I can visit?
No. We are an online shop with no premises to walk into, and that is a large part of why the prices are where they are.
Can I speak to a person?
Email is the fastest way to reach the trade team and gets an answer within one working day. There is also an international call centre number in the footer.
What happens after I send the enquiry?
The trade team reads it and comes back with trade pricing and lead times. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you accept the quote.
